🚀 Exciting times. I recently built a new app (my first ever “vibe code”) and the early results have been… honestly wild and unexpected…
It’s currently in beta with a small group of real users, and the biggest lesson I learned is simple:
🔑 Structured data is everything. I wasted alot of resources working with poorly structured data.
🔍 Clean ingestion and parsing is where the real work lives.
At a high level, the app helps streamline the collision estimate workflow by:
🔹 Comparing an estimate to a curated database of prior claim patterns against, in almost instant fashion
🔹 Surfacing potential misses and inconsistencies while keeping false positives under control
🔹 Providing a “Rule Studio” so admins can create and manage checks, “human-in-the-loop”
🔹 Keeping compliance guidance current so rules don’t go stale, auto fetch and update weekly
🔹 Helping teams audit estimates before submission so they know what the insurance company expects before payment
What’s most exhilarating? This went from idea → prototype → real user value in under a week, and it excels past any other claim “Scrubber” out there
We’re still in “prototype machine learning” stage, learning fast, and tightening the experience daily. This has a global marketplace placement (@calibercollosion)
If you’re an estimator/shop owner in Manitoba and want to stress-test it (or tell me what it’s missing), DM me. 👇
